Winter warm ups will begin April 11th and go through May 23rd.
Warm Ups will be held at the Fork Union Military Academy Pool.
Practices are every Sunday (excluding Mothers Day)
4:00 to 5:00 PM for swimmers under 10 or brand new swimmers
5:00 to 6:00 PM for swimmers 11 and older
